Underwriting module

The system manages the end-to-end communications between the insurer, UMA, broker and clients. From the creation and management of client information to quoting, policy issuing and acceptance and reporting of damages. The system offers Claims, No-claim bonuses, Payments and Debtor management.

Hail loss adjustment module

This module is a tablet application removing the paperwork and manual calculations. We currently cover more than 25 different crop types.

This can be used as a standalone application or system integrated.

Reporting

• Emergence reports confirm the lands were planted with the crops indicated on the issued policy.  If the crops do not match this report is used to amend the records to reflect such on the policy and as accepted by the Insurer.
• Progress reports are completed, crop dependent, after the Emergence report is completed. Indicates the state of growth on individual lands.
• The Yield Estimation report produced prior to harvest to establish the potential crop yield.
• The harvest report determines the actual yield based on the policy methodology
